I must know! Since I didn't get into the early registration. It's October 1st isn't it?!|||The Pottermore blog was recently updated with this information:
"We expect to open registration to everyone from the end of October. Registering means that you'll be able to create a Pottermore account and select a username. You won’t have immediate access to the site as we’ll be enabling people in phases.
Once you’ve registered, we’ll send you a Welcome email to let you know when your Pottermore account has been activated. This may arrive quickly but please note it could also take a number of weeks or months, depending on demand."
So, no, Pottermore is not open on October 1 nor did they ever say it would be. Before now, they only ever said they would open at some point in October.|||No, Pottermore staff have never claimed they would open on October 1st- they only said sometime in October. It's really unlikely they'll open to the public on the 1st- I'm a Beta tester and trust me when I say there are still a lot of kinks to work out, I doubt they'll all be fixed in the next couple days. Most likely it will open sometime in mid-October.|||YEP! It's October 1st!
