How many days will the prepaid mobile unlocking (locked to open network) code be released from request date?

I am undergoing the said process and it was lodged since April 30 and until today, after 3 enquiries, to no avail still. Please feel free to provide your experiences from different networks to give me a comparison on the efficiency of my current network. Thank you very much.|||I worked for T-Mobile and the turn around time for unlocking a phone was anywhere from 24-72 hours, if there were no problems. They usually sent their customers an e-mail or text message alerting them the process was complete. There may be an error in the processing. Best to just check back with the company.
