When is the exact date most training camps open?

People have said late July but I don't know the exact dates.





BQ: How crazy will FA/Rookie signing be this year?|||Bears and Rams open first because of the Hall of Fame game (tentatively scheduled for 7-22) and the rest of teams the following week.



BQ: I think it will be interesting and make the season unpredictable until it actually starts.|||Even in a normal year, there isn't a set date. Teams set their date based on schedule and their circumstances--a team with a new coach or implementing a new system may want to start earlier; an older, well established team may want to start later.





This year it's wide open and will remain so until the Owners and the Players agree to a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
