How long can a bottle of absenthe be open for before it goes out of date?

I have a bottle of absenthe(green fairy... whatever you want to call it). It has been open for over a year and it contains 70% alcohole.

Is it still drinkable i.e. without surcoming to poisoning?|||Liquor doesn't go bad when stored correctly. Keep the cap tight when not pouring, keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Follow these steps and it will stay good for decades.

Liqueur is a different story... Cream/milk based liqueurs like Bailey's have a date on the bottle.|||There's next to nothing that can survive in a 70% ethyl alcohol environment so I highly doubt you will be poisoned in any way aside from alcohol poisoning.|||If it were mine, I would drink it. In fact, it wouldn't have stayed on the shelf for a month, much less a year. If it's been corked or capped, there is no problem.|||I wouldnt really want to say but I had a bottle for about 5 months and drank it. Why not ask brewarys or pubs?|||It's likely called "Verte, and @ 70% alcohol by volume, it will not go off--if left open it'll evaporate, but not go bad.
