What DATE did the stock market first open?

i keep finding the year but not DATE.. i kno it was a street market but itd be difficult to fiind the day people got together on the streets so im looking for the date the first bell rang. once it was no longer an outside dealings...|||In 1792, 4 brokers got together and decided to trade stocks under a tree.|||The NYSE opened on May 17, 1792 and the NASDAQ opened on February 8, 1971.|||there are several stock markets. the trick is to know which one you want to know about.
