What date in 2007 does Ski Roundtop open for business?

When do they start making snow and accepting skiing and snowboarding customers for skiing? I can't find it anywhere on the website.|||Temperatures haven't fallen below 32 degrees long enough for them to make snow. Until that happens, there's no opening date.
