I'm looking for good date spots in the Henderson area of Las Vegas that are open late?

I am trying to find some late night/24 hour NICE places in the Henderson area that are not bars or casinos. Maybe a lounge or low key restaurant that is open past 1am. Does such a place exist?|||Id go to red lobster right across from walmart|||IHOP
