Why are latins and puerto ricans more open minded to date blacks?

I think they are the most open minded to date someone black Ive been asked out by them..and they know alot about black culture..why is this?? and even talk about white people more than blacks do.|||well im latina, but i dont talk bad things about white people...


i think the reason is because a lot of latin american countries are strongly influences by african culture, and blacks in america being of african descent we can relate more|||I'm not sure about this, but I think Latinos are significantly less discriminating w/r to race and skin tone, when compared to White and Black Americans. Hispanic culture is more dominant and less tolerant, therefore there is more pressure upon people to integrate. In the end, we have a less divided community. While Americans, because they allow everybody to be the way they want, and don't force people to integrate into a single community, but allow a multiplicity of communities, then that creates a lot of division and antagonism among the groups. People do what they want and nobody says anything. Latinos are also protective of the most vulnerable and tolerate less bullying. This is why people feel more free to date whoever they want, instead of being pushed to date only their own race, and instead of being forced to become cliquish.|||IDK. MY OPINION WOULD BE BECAUSE IN THE SCREWED UP COLOR SEEING/HOMOPHOBIC/RACIST AMERICA WE LIVE IN IT'S PROBABLY LESS OFFENSIVE BECAUSE THEY ARE BOTH RACES OF COLOR. I KNOW A LOT OF WHITE PEOPLE WHO HATE TO SEE MIXED RACE COUPLES AND IT'S SO IGNORANT. LIKE I SAID MY OPINION. DOESEN'T MATTER TO ME PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE.





HOPE MY ANSWERED HELPED.|||becuz we are tight with the latinos unlike we are with the paperbacks. latinos actually have beauty and brains unlike paperbacks.|||Some are black and most latin culture has a strong influence from Africa.We both face discrimination from whites and stuff so we just click i guess.|||They simply have a lot more in common, ethnically and culturally.|||Because PRs are mixed with blacks.|||Because many of them are black.|||They are minorities like us...and then maybe blacks might be their preference when it comes to dating.
